Great Flash Resource - Even make your $$
If you work with flash even if you are just starting out, you should really check out FlashDen.net. It’s one of my favorite flash resource sites. The offer really nice flash animation, website templates and audio. You can even sell your own stuff and make a little loot. There are four type of items available on the site: Adobe Flash files, Audio loops and effects, Video loops and Pixel fonts.

Bittbox - I love this guy. He’s brilliant. He offers many tutorials on a variety of graphic design subjects, and extremely useful free downloads. If you like the swirly curls sets then I suggest you check out his free brushes.
nDesign-studio - Also a brilliant fantastic site with resources for wordpress, web design, graphic design and development with easy to follow tutorials, free downloads and a very impressive portfolio.
Vecteezy - is an index of Free Vectors available for download by some of the best designers around the world. The goal of Vecteezy is to be a the best resource for Free Vectors available for download on the internet!
Deviantart - A Deviantart account is a must have for any new designer. Check out the application resources & vector resources for so many free downloads.
Go Media’s Arsenal - Some great freebies. A small, tight-knit, progressive design firm based in Cleveland, OH that develops a large library of design elements such as vector art, textures, fonts, brushes, etc. We’ve called it our “arsenal” of design weaponry.

Computer Arts Magazine - I subscribe to the magazine which offers fantastic tutorials for any designer or developer. The online content is pretty good too.
Amateur Illustrator - Amateur Illustrator provides a platform for artists and illustrators to showcase their work and receive critique. The forums are the real heart of the community where most of the discussion goes on and the articles section aims to provide useful and informative reading on all things art and illustration.

Directory Aviva - A nice collection of Photoshop Tutorials, presented as step-by-step-tutorials. The site has several categories, like Text Effects, Photo Manipulations, Web Layouts and Logos.
